Family room is from £80 per room per night dependant on the number of occupants and the time of year.

Single Occupancy Surcharges apply in the case of less than two adults sharing a room.

3 + Nights 25% or £50 (whichever is less) Deposit
Balance due on departure.

	CANCELATION POLICY If you wish to cancel a reservation for any reason you must notify us by telephone and confirm in writing 11 or more days notice We will then refund your deposit/payment less a £25 booking fee. 10 or less days notice You will be responsible for the full cost of the booking for the reserved period unless we are able to re-let the room. If we do re-let the room you will be refunded less £25 booking fee. Earlier than scheduled departures are handled as a cancellation and the same applies. CHECK-IN Check in time is between 4pm and 8pm. Please understand that we are preparing for your arrival, and cannot welcome you prior to 4pm. We request that you telephone one hour prior to your intended arrival to ensure that we are available to greet you. If check in cannot be made between the above times, we request that you telephone to inform us. With prior notice we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals - but out of courtesy to other guests no one will be admitted after 10pm. OTHER GUESTS Any members of the public that are not a registered guest are not permitted on the premises at any time. SMOKING We have a total no smoking policy and we do adhere very strictly to our policy. CHILDREN Children are welcome at Kings Hill Meadow, however they are your responsibility and they must be supervised at all times. They are not permitted to partake in breakfast without a responsible adult present. PETS We are not able to accept any pets. DISABLED ACCESS We do have a stair-lift available if required. Not all rooms are accessible - Please make your requirements known on making a reservation. DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES You are responsible for the repair or replacement of any breakages, loss or damage and shall leave the room in a clean neat and tidy condition. RESPONSIBILITY We at Kings Hill Meadow (proprietors or staff) accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to person or property (including cars, accessories and contents) whilst within the confines of Kings Hill Meadow.
